STARTING WORK:

A - Be at the info-hub

B - Send group notice or group IM

C - Wear the tag

DUTIES:

1 - Greet visitors and give Inforcard

2 - Invite visitors to class

3 - Give them the URL

4 - Add visitor to group

5 - Answer their questions

WORK HOURS:

- 2 hours 2 times a week. Total 4 hours a week.

- Visit Google Calendar and find a time that is good for you and that is not taken by other HT members.

- You can work the same day and time every week or change your hours every week.
